Comparing layers in Fusion Atlas allows users to analyse the differences or similarities between the information contained in the layers. To compare the layers in Fusion Atlas:
- Go to the layers you want to compare and ensure they are visible by clicking on the eye icon (eye icon will be blue when visible)
- For better visibility you can hide all the layers remaining by clicking on eye icon (turns gray when hidden)
- Click on that layer name to turn on the green check box
You can select up to 3 layers to compare them
- Click on COMPARE LAYERS option at the top of the panel
This will open a window with the multiple layers displayed side-by-side with a divider between them.
To compare the layers select the icon in the middle of the divider with the two arrows and drag the divider as required.
To exit the comparison view and return to the default Fusion Atlas view, click on the back arrow at the top left next to Compare layers
