      Media Drive: compatible file size and types

      Maximum file size

      The maximum file size that can be uploaded to Media Drive is based on the method of upload:

      • Upload from the local hard drive: 5TB
      • Upload via GDrive import: 20GB

      Supporting all file types

      The great news is that any file type can be stored in Media Drive. The typical file types that can be previewed in Media Drive are listed below: 

      General Files:
      - Images (JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEC)

      - Videos (MP4, AVI, MOV)

      - Model (2D, 3D, point cloud)*

      *At the moment, a model cannot be uploaded but can be created within the Media Drive and can be viewed in 2D, 3D, VR or point cloud format. Read this article on how to create a model.
